Food & Drink Refunds:

• Refunds are issued for incorrectly prepared food orders. We do not offer refunds on drinks or items that do not meet personal taste preferences.

Event Cancellations:

• No deposit is required; however, a credit card authorization form is mandatory.

• 14+ Days Cancellation: $500 cancellation fee applies.

• Less than 14 Days: Full amount invoiced or food & beverage minimum applies.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are issued based on the original payment method (cash or card).

• Cash refunds are issued immediately. Card refunds may take time depending on the credit card company.
